Vintage light brown lace valance set with ruffle repurposed into a skirt
This long skirt is very light weight. It has a 4" ruffle. This valance was found without a tag. We estimate it to be a cotton blend. We have paired it with the maroon satin curtain, the black cotton tablecloth and the white satin tablecloth.
